Our team of certified personal trainers are world class and passionate about helping you reach your fitness goals. We will provide you with four weeks of accountability coaching to help you reach your goals.

🌴 Unlimited Access to over 48 Boot Camp Sessions each week: 
Our famous 30-minute Fit Body Boot Camp sessions that are fun, encouraging, full of energy, never boring, different everyday, and best of all they work. Designed and led by our local team of certified personal trainers.  We keep you safe and can offer modifications that work for every fitness level.

🌴 Amazing Resources: 
We provide you with the tools you need to succeed. You will have access to our resource site and private Facebook group which are designed to teach you, keep you motivated, and give you the mindset you need to keep on track.  Resources include a program guide, meal plan, food lists, on-the-go guide, and a 87 page recipe book.

🌴 Access to the Fit Body Booking App: 
Our Booking App helps you see and schedule all of your sessions. It also shows your attendance history and has a Resource Vault that contains all of your amazing resources.

Will your program work for someone new to fitness?
Yes!!  Our program is designed for all fitness levels.  If this is your first time or you are a fitness veteran our 30 minute fitness sessions will work for you because they are designed around the effort you put into them.

Will your program work for someone who is nervous about working out?
Absolutely!! Our facility was started to help people just like you to not be nervous or intimidated when going to a fitness facility.  We have an amazing, caring, and encouraging team of trainers and an amazing Fit Body Family of members who will make you feel welcome.  

How long are the sessions?
Each session is only 30 minutes long. Our sessions are designed to get you the greatest amount of results in the least amount of time.

What days and times are the sessions?
I am glad you asked because we have over 48 sessions each week.
Monday - Friday Mornings:  5:15am; 6:00am, 7:45am; 8:30am; 9:15am; and 12:15pm
Monday - Thursday Evenings: 4:00pm; 4:45pm; 5:30pm; and 6:15pm
Saturday Morning: 8:00am; and 9:00am

Can the workouts be modified if I have an past injury?
Yes!! We specialize in modifications and can work with you if you have a special need.
